Hello, Brian helped my daughter buy her first condo and it was a bank owned home. He was very intuitive about the negotiations and managed to get her the place at a good price and remained calm throughout the whole process. We were stressing out, but he kept us cool enough to ride out the process and I'm glad we did! He negotiated with the other realtor and got us the price and fixes that we needed in order to make this work. Bank owned properties can be difficult and this one was especially so....but he played all the cards right and I'm glad he was on our side.
